      Please wash by hand using cold water. Before washing, detach the velcro label. We suggest wiping velcro labels instead of washing them. Air-dry is highly recommended.

      SHIPPING

      Where do we ship?

      Marlio ships everywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We also ship to PO boxes.

      How much does shipping costs?

      We offer free shipping on all orders $45 or more! Shipping for all other orders is variable and calculated by location.

      How long does shipping take?

      Our standard shipping time for your Marlio is 5 to 7 business days, which includes 1-3 business days for our team to process your order. Depending on the desired shipping location, delivery time may vary.

      Can orders be canceled?

      Once an order has been placed we aim to process it within 24 hours. We cannot guarantee that we well be able to cancel your order once you have received your order confirmation via email. We will do our best to accommodate requests. You may also contact our Marlio support team at hello@shopmarlio.com to assist you.

      RETURNS

      To be eligible for a return the product must be in the original Marlio packaging and in new condition, free from any signs of use or wear within 30 days of the date the package was notated delivered. Please note that customized orders are non-refundable. All orders containing promotions must abide by the promotion's policies and requirements. 

      Please complete the return form to initiate a return.

      Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item(s) arrived damaged or defective.

      Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy requirements. If everything is in order, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process an exchange, whichever you prefer.

      EXCHANGES

      Marlio Warranty

      What's the warranty on my Marlio?

      We pride ourselves on the quality of product, but we do understand that as these products are functioning it is possible for them to become damaged or unusable so we offer a 1 year warranty on our products. The product will be subject to review on a case-by-case basis. Feel free to contact hello@shopmarlio.com. We are unable to accept products that are unclean or have been damaged by your dog. Marlio wants you to be satisfied with our product so we will do our best to rectify any situation!
