    How to care for my Marlio?

    How to care for your Marlio harness?

    Washing your Marlio harness or leash with lukewarm water with any all-purpose detergent by hand is sufficient. Using a soft towel or sponge works well to remove dirt and grime. Remove the Velcro labels and release the the adjustable Velcro strap. We recommend washing on low-temperature if you are utilizing a washing machine. Air-dry is highly recommended.

    There are two tiers for shipping that we offer (Ground and Expedited) to ensure Marlio gets to you at your desired speed!

    What's the warranty on my Marlio?

    We pride ourselves on the quality of product, but we do understand that as these products are functioning it is possible for them to become damaged or unusable, so we offer a 1-year warranty on our products. The product will be subject to review on a case-by-case basis. Feel free to contact help@shopmarlio.com. We are unable to accept products that are unclean or have been damaged by your dog.
